Social Media Coordinator

• Lead Deployment of all social content on agency’s and client’s social channels aligned to their strategies
• Creating, monitoring and measuring E.Aferi and clients’ handles and providing reporting as needed
• Work with Digital Marketing Manager to execute and schedule weekly posts
• Engage with tagged posts/stories/tweets from consumers, clients, brand partners, media, and other markets
• Work with Creative Team to create content and drive engagement across all channels

Public Relations & Influencer Relations Manager

• Identify, implement and optimize relationships with a wide network of influencers, community leaders, content creators, and talent
• Writing for PR and Digital Media
• The development and updating of media lists and other databases
• Follow the partnership process from beginning to end, including cultivating relationships, entering into rate negotiations, obtaining signed documentation and paperwork, and handing off Partner off to the Partner Manager
• Communicate strategic goals and negotiate contracts to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship
• Project Management including reporting, content strategies, ongoing analysis of performance,
• Implement and maintain regular communication of updates and partnership insights
• Coordinate and monitor all partnership progress

Graphic Designer

• Assist Graphic Designers with day to day tasks and custom projects.
• Prepare files and graphics for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Manage digital assets in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Contribute to brainstorming activities with the team.
• Follow art direction and brand guidelines of the agency and its clients.


• Generate creative ideas to build innovative campaigns that promote a range of services for the agency and products and services for our clients
• Effectively detail key messages and benefits in a creative, compelling manner while maintaining brand voice and tone
• Craft sales copy for websites, social media, and marketing material
• Work with the marketing team to craft email blasts
• Produce ad copy for customer acquisition efforts
• Create SEO driven blog articles


Social Media Coordinator

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills coupled with the "can do" attitude
• Fully proficient in publishing and best practices across all social media channels but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Youtube
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Ability to evaluate performance data and adjust creative approach in response
• Experience analyzing and reporting digital marketing metrics with the latest analytics software - social media metrics
• Understanding the basic digital marketing metrics and analytics - social media, web traffic and email metrics
• Working knowledge and experience with applications to support social media management (Later, Facebook Business Manager)
• Expertise in MS Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook

Public Relations & Influencers Relations Manager

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Analytical and able to identify opportunities and action plans from data
• Understands the influencer landscape (both paid and organic opportunities) and influencer best practises on how to outreach, communicate and negotiate
• Thorough knowledge of social media and influencer marketing tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills / persuasive copy-writing skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and trendsetters
• Strong passion for and grasp of the influencer, blogging and social media world
• Expertise in MS Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook

Graphic Designer

• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign - Adobe AfterEffects a bonus).
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Expertise in adapting design ideas across multiple platforms (with a focus on digital).
• Excellent understanding of typography.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Strong for passion for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of industry trends
